Bon! I’m Ashley R. Triplett—a proud third-generation Rattler and graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (Bachelor of Arts & Sciences, 2008). My journey has always lived at the intersection of purpose, strategy, and service.​

I’m a Licensed Financial Professional, Financial Strategist & Business Manager, the founder of Bee Financially Fit by ARTistically Created Productions, and the force behind MAD Management 2K, where I provide professional business and creative management services for entrepreneurs, artists, and visionaries ready to grow with intention.

​

I don’t just help people make money—I help them understand it, respect it, and use it as a tool for lasting impact.

​

At the core of everything I do is a personal philosophy I live by:

“Giving freely and accepting gratefully.”

That mindset has carried me through boardrooms, stages, classrooms, creative spaces, and community initiatives—and now, onto an international pageant platform.

Crowned Ms. Haiti Ultimate Universe in November 2025, I continue a pageant journey rooted in unity, empowerment, service, and purposeful giving. Through my platform of Financial Wellness & Economic Empowerment, I use my voice and visibility to promote financial education, encourage informed decision-making, support community outreach, and build meaningful partnerships that turn purpose into action.

 

Along this journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work with creative and business partners, including Millenni Marketing (Millenni Productions), MoLo LLC, and baab gmc. I’m also grateful for my continued pageant partnership with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC in Tallahassee, established in 2025, and look forward to exploring opportunities for that relationship to grow beyond the pageant stage.

Helping individuals and businesses strengthen their foundations is what drives me—but I’m just getting started. I’m now pursuing Ultimate Universe Empress, not simply for another crown or sash, but for the opportunity to expand my reach, strengthen community partnerships, and create an impact that lasts well beyond my reign.

 

Along the way, I’ve added author to my résumé. My published work includes The Colors of Money and my contribution to Triumph in the Trenches III, released in February 2026. I’m also updating Baller On A Budget and developing Pageantry and Finances, a resource that brings two important parts of my journey together. Through writing, speaking, and educational resources, I continue finding new ways to make financial knowledge approachable, practical, and empowering.

And because growth never stops, I’m preparing for my next educational chapter: returning to graduate study to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Nonprofit Management. It’s another intentional step toward strengthening the connection between business strategy and meaningful service.

This chapter is bold. It’s intentional. And it’s building momentum.
